Large double room with new shower room now available in a quiet house in fabulous West Kirby. This room is on the 2nd floor and thus separate from main resident spaces. There is only one other resident, myself. There is a spare bedroom for overnight guests. There is also a separate large living room available for a lodger to socialise in. Buses and trains to Liverpool and Chester are 5 minutes walk. Plenty of social life, a sports centre and a beach are 10 minutes walk away. Current house occupant is a lady tennis player.
