3 rooms in attractive West Kirby maisonette

I am new to this so please bear with me!

After splitting with my wife 3 years ago, I bought a very attractive 5-bed maisonette - with roof terrace! - in central West Kirby (Marine Park, 8 minutes walk to the beach, leisure centre, train station & shops, 1 minute walk to bus stop for Liverpool).

I now have 3 lodgers, 2 female (a teacher and a chef) and 1 male (a nurse), and there's a great spirit in the house.

The communal areas include a large lounge (with log fire, in regular use), and a good-sized roof terrace (see photo) - as well as the kitchen, bathroom and separate WC. There is an en-suite in one of the existing lodger's bedrooms, so there are not be 4 of us sharing one bathroom!

I'm a 56 year old non smoking graduate/postgraduate, ex RAF, now self-employed (I run a payroll agency), and I like squash and beer!

The room that is now available is initially only available until the end of November 2018, but there is the possibility that it will become available long term.
