There is secure gated off road parking. Situated in a quiet conservation area of Wirral, with easy access to M53 motorway, and less than a five minute walk to Mersey Rail train station.

We ourselves are non smokers and do not have any pets of our own, though next door's cat pops round for company and to see whats on the menu!

The ideal tenant would be a quiet male or female professional who is a non smoker.
