I am looking for a friendly, tidy, easy going female housemate, must be in permanent full time employment, and aged 25 + to share my lovely traditional semi. (Would also consider male or female business person and possible reduction in rent for Monday to Friday only let). Nice big bright furnished room with pine furniture, room has been re-decorated and re-carpeted - I will also be buying a new double bed, unless you would like to bring your own and/or any other furniture). Lovely big garden and patio, great to sit out in in the Summer! All amenities inc wireless broadband and cable tv. Good motorway access and close to shops/train station/public transport. Ideal for anyone working at the local hospitals / Unilever (just a few minutes drive) etc. £395 per month includes all bills. Would be sharing with 1 other person only (me! - house owner) I am a very young at heart and acting, easy going 55 year old professional person. Truly a nice, quiet, chilled environment.
