Double bedroom in nice house. Other options also.

Up for rent are two rooms. One is the light and quiet rear facing double room in my little house. It looks out on the hillside and the garden, this is available now and is £375 pm

The other is a larger room at the front of the house, available in June. This is £425 for one person or £600 for a couple.

The house is close to the train station, so access to Pontypridd, Cardiff etc is super easy, there's a leisure centre with a swimming pool just down the road, the taff trail round the corner. And it's 5 mins from the A470 It's a really convenient spot. I'm looking for friendly, tidy professionals who will look after my new home, ideally active people who like house plants, and cooking, nice vibes. 😊 Ideal for people working at the university in Pontypridd for e. g. I'm an engineer and will be working away in Cornwall most of the time but back occasionally.

If 2 people are renting the big room, the rent will be 600 p/m. As the wear and tear on the rest of the house will go up.

I'm pretty easy going (I'm sure everyone thinks they're easy going😅) and easy to get along with. I've lived in shared accommodation a lot in my life and know the value of communication so looking for people on a similar tip.

There is parking at the back of the house, and a little terraced garden with a BBQ and and little herb garden.

Bills are as follows, figures stated are total, so will be devided by the number of occupants (either 3 or 4)
Council tax band B: so around £150/m
Electric and gas: £240/m
Water is metered but around £40/m
