Professional Housemate wanted

Bills are included in the rent including wifi and sky tv.
The room is a large double in a 3 bedroom house. Currently it has a double bed double wardrobe and bedside cabinet. There's plenty of room for more furniture the pictures don't do the size of the room justice! There is also another bedroom which is currently used for storage.
There is a lovely large living room with a view of the countryside and a nice comfy sofa.
The bathroom has both a bath and a shower.
There are plenty of shops nearby such as Asda, Morrisons, Lidls and Tescos.
There are also a few pubs and leisure centres and the Showcase cinema in Nantgarw is also only a 10 minute drive. Cardiff centre is about 15 minutes on the train from Caerphilly/Aber train station and the house is a 10 minute bus ride to the station.
I like to keep fit and do some sort of exercise twice a week and occasionally go for a run. I enjoy cooking, eating and socialising. I'm easygoing and have shared houses most of my life and get on with people from all sorts of back grounds. I am 33 years old and I'm looking for a professional housemate male or female of a similar age.
