I have a spacious double room to let within a three bedroomed house in Pencoed (5mins from Bridgend/ 10 mins from Cardiff and 20 mins from Swansea). There are regular direct train links to the above locations from a train station 10 minutes walk away

The room is recently decorated and all furniture was brought new a few years ago. It has a double bed and matteress, 2 chests of drawers, 2 doubles wardrobes and a dressing table area. There are large windows facing over the garden and onto farmland.

The house is newly rennovated with a high spec kitchen, lounge and downstairs toilet. There is a conservatory that runs the width of the house and a large garden to the rear. The garden is lanscaped and ideal for bbqs come summer. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a modern bathroom with both bath and shower.

There is a large garage ideal for storage and ample parking both on a driveway and in the street.

I am looking for a young professional who is happy to sleep on school nights but not adverse to a bbq or social dinner at the weekend. Female tenant preffered.

I work shifts which means that the tenant will have the house to themselves some evenings a week and a number of weekends a month.

The rent is £450 bills inc- this includes broadband/ sky tv and all utility bills.
