Double Room to let Cefn Glas

Double or single room to let in a quiet Cul de Sac 10 mins walk from Bridgend town centre. 5 Min drive to M4 also close to bus route. Room fully furnished with tv& freeview. Wireless router available for internet access. USB also in room(if you like on line gaming)Separate fridge & cupboard space in kitchen. Use of all facilities permitted eg, washing/drying/ iron/cooking/garden. I work 'til late so you can happily use lounge/ dining room/ tv/dvd/ etc , BUT I am the Fat Controller when I get in. Children all live away but any one of them can turn up at very short notice, hence 2nd spare room. Also a cat lives here. Messiness can be tolerated in rented room only NOT around the house. Bath/shower/lav to be cleaned after use. Do I sound like a tyrant? I'm not, I'm pretty laid back therefore I have no preference to ages. However rules are rules!!!!Any queries I'm happy to answer honestly. Thanks.
