WHOLE FLOOR in modern 3 storey house (5 or 7 days)
Hi, I have the whole second floor of my house available for rent on a weekday (£400) or week basis (£500). This includes a large furnished double bedroom, and exclusive use of a large lounge and bathroom (bath/shower/toilet etc.). The rooms have plenty of storage and are bright, clean and spacious.
The rest of the house includes an open plan kitchen, with dining table and chairs, and an additional lounge area leading out onto a patio and decking, ideal for BBQs and lounging in the sun.
Like myself, I'm looking for someone who is friendly, sociable, tidy and clean, and who'll respect their house mate, the property and its contents.
Renting the whole floor gives the option of enjoying your own company, or mixing when it suits. This is obviously reflected in the price, but all bills are included.
Previous lodgers have all enjoyed their stay. Deposit can be paid over 2 months.
