Hi, I have a part furnished double bedroom (double bed, drawers) in a spacious 3 bedroom house. Large kitchen diner and living room that would be shared and a part shared bathroom as ive got an ensuite shower in my room. I work in Cardiff so I'm out of the house all day. I like cleaning (not in an OCD kind of way) but I much prefer being out and about, so some weekends you'll have the house to yourself. If you're a smoker, its got to be outside (sorry) There's off road parking and a garage, and I'm currently having a garden make over but the patio will be lovely when finished :)
