You have your own bedroom, bathroom and living room, with direct access to the garden. This property is in a great position in central Caerphilly overlooking the castle and moat. It is opposite the bus stop (handy for Treforest and GE Aircraft) and close to Aber station - though the main station is only a short walk then a 20 minute trip into Cardiff (£80 pcm for train ticket).

If the advert is up then it is still available. Although you have your own area you share the rest of the house with the other tenants - using the large kitchen-diner, separate lounge with Smart tv, garden (BBQs welcome) and large, enclosed parking area with space for cars and bikes. As you have your own space, well behaved dogs are welcome!

The tenants in the main part of the house are all lovely professionals who work locally or in Cardiff. Everyone likes their own space, but it is a civil, friendly mixed house. You can either mix in or stay separate - up to you! It is important that you are clean and tidy in the communal areas, so that it stays a nice place to hang out together - though the landlord (accredited) provides cleaners.
