Hi everyone, looking for a new housemate for my beautiful room in Caerphilly. Sharing with 5 friendly other professionals.
The room is a large, bay-window, double room in quiet house situated in Nantgarw Road with a beautiful view of the Castle. The property is in an extremely convenient position, as it within walking distance of the Castle shopping area, plus the train (Aber station a few minutes away) and bus stations (approximately a 15 minute journey to Cardiff). It is also very convenient for Caerphilly Business park and the GE aircraft factory.

The property is well-furnished and modern, though retaining original Victorian features.

There is a large kitchen-diner, leading to a pretty enclosed garden as well as a shared lounge. The upmarket bathroom has both a bath and separate shower and there is a private parking area accessible via automatic roller shutter doors.

The other tenants, who are young professionals, are clean and tidy so you would have to be as well!

Registered Bond & Admin fee is £300 and rent is £300 p. c. m.

The rent includes the Council Tax and Water rates, plus the added bonus of free BT broadband and regular professional cleaners. The utility bills are split on a quarterly basis and are relatively cheap (approx. £40 pcm).
