Room to rent in house

3 Bedroom house requires 1 room mate to share space. 3 floors stunning house I am very house proud.
1st stage is a video call chat just to get to know each other.

Double bedroom furnished, living room, smart TV with Netflix etc, kitchen with breakfast bar, washing machine, dish washer and American style fridge freezer, dinning room, large conservatory with French doors to a patio and grass garden space. Quiet area good cycling paths. 2mins walk from bus stop in to Caerphilly every 10 minutes to Caerphilly/ Newport.

I am 34 years old single female I work full time. I'm a friendly, easy going, I been renting a room for 6 years and made some lifetime friendship. Current tenant is male 38, works nights easy going, clean and tidy he mostly sleeps during the day.

I do have a dog who is the king of the manner, always free for a cuddle or a walk.

I am looking for a tenant who is tidy and easy to get along with., Someone who is happy to be left alone, but can be sociable from time to time.

All bills included council tax, Water rates, Internet, electric and gas, however as I dont watch live TV there is no TV licence, so this would be the responsibility of the individual renting the room if they wish too.

Sorry but only interested for in professionals not students due to house insurance.
