Two rooms available to rent (one double and one single) in a 4-bed family home situated in the very end of a dead-end street. Hence, it is always very quiet and peaceful. The house is a new built property in Gilfach Goch town, which is 10-15 min drive away from M4 (20 min to Cardiff Bay), Junction 34. The address is less than 6 miles drive from the University of Glamorgan. The house is warm and dry in winter; it is facing a pictures view to the surrounding mountains and forests.
The double room is fully furnished; arrangements could be made for the single room. A separate bathroom/WC will be available for tenants. Kitchen/dinner, fridge and washing machine are available for share. There is also a vacant car park space at the house and more a bit further on the street.
Students and professionals are welcome. House owners are non-smokers and not party makers, although we love occasional social dinner evenings with friends. We are a young family and live in landords.
We would welcome non-smokers, friendly, reserved and tidy individuals.
We would consider a couple to occupy a double room. In such a case, the charge would be 400 pounds pcm.
