Please note: I have a six year old who lives with me around 3 nights a week. I also have two loving dogs. As for myself I'm out most of the time with university and running a sports club. Which means I have weights in the house which a lodger could use if they wanted.

The living room has Sky HD including Sky Sports, and super fast wireless Infinity broadband.
