We have a lovely double room with double bed and memory foam mattress that would suit a professional or older person who needs somewhere to stay during the week.

Located in a lovely quiet area of Penpedairheol with lovely neighbours and easy access to shops and Ystrad hospital. Local shop and butchers is only 2-walk and Tesco and Asda is 5/15min drive away. Close by is also Penalta Parc with lots of walking and running options. There is also a lovely mountain walk just 5-mins walk from the house.

Good-sized rear garden with no on-looking neighbours. Patio table and chairs, newly laid patio and lawn. Recently refurbished home throughout: new bathroom, new kitchen and re-decorated throughout with new radiators and new flooring. We have also installed a new boiler with smart electronic controls and new loft instillation for cosy nights. Decent sized living room with fire for the winter, central heating throughout, good sized dinning area and bathroom with large bath and lovely over-head shower.

You have the privilege of fibre optic broadband and we are happy for you to have a TV in the room if you wish - we can install an additional digital aerial if required. There is also a 32" TV with freesat and bluray player in the living room (all shared).

All facilities are shared with privacy of your own room looking out into lovely ancient trees and grass area. No directly over-looking neighbours.

We are a young family home, married couple with a 2 year old who is well behaved and spends a lot of time with her nan. My husband has flat/house shared in the past and we are both very respectful and quiet.
