Furnished double room

Female housemate wanted for good sized furnished double room available for rent in large, beautifully decorated house. Shared bathroom, kitchen, dining and living room. All bills and internet included in rental price, EXCEPT any phone charges. Please note that if bills increase significantly then this will be re-evaluated, especially during the winter period if heating bills go up.

The house is located in a quiet street overlooking a park. Good transport links, quiet street. Great views of the surrounding mountains and down into Caerphilly valley and the castle. Parking available outside, public transport (including village train station) to Cardiff and Valleys.

I run my own business from home teaching entrepreneurs how to make videos for their business, and I have a full time job. I have a very friendly, very curious, very large dog so it's essential that any prospective tenant is comfortable with large animals. Unfortunately, due to his presence I can't accept anyone with pets of their own.

I'm looking for one tenant so it'll just be the two of us in the house. The room would suit a professional who likes a quiet life at home and the occasional interesting conversation, or could suit a post-grad student. It's only 20mins on the train from Llanbradach to Cardiff, and buses run regularly from the village.

I've been told to mention there's no TV as I use streaming services, and the cooker is a gas-fired Aga which requires a little adjusting to (I have plenty of cookbooks to help and it's much easier to use than a normal cooker!)
