Tenant works and are not in the house alot. She is sociable but respect the space of others.
The house is a ten minute walk from the train station which has free parking and a 15 minute train ride into Cardiff central.
I will not consider smokers so please do not contact me if you smoke even if it is socially.
The house is clean and tidy and would like someone who is also clean and tidy.
She has her own bathroom so will be sharing bathroom with one person if all rooms are taken, not two.
