Rooms Available in 3 Bedroomed House

I have myself not yet seen the inside of this house but believe it has a nice kitchen and new carpets and have been assured its very nice. Its unfurnished but I will be taking washing machine, fridge and sofa's plus my own bed with me.
Its a big house, 3 bedrooms and a shared living room thats quite large. I am really only looking for one person to share with but happy to let a couple move in too.
The landlord is happy to accept Dhss should you be on benefit but wants £300 per month in total. He is happy for me to live alone or share as he intends selling the house I am already in and although it has 3 bedrooms I prefer just one flatmate or a couple.
Their are 2 large bedrooms and one thats smaller.
I wanted to put the add up as soon as possible as winter is coming and looking for someone to share bills with as no bills are included and gas, water and electric need to be taken care of ourselves.
I am very neat and tidy and expect you to be the same. I am very quiet with no loud music or visitors coming and going all the time and look for the same. I am a young 51 and would prefer to live with a mature person who like me is easy going with a pleasant personality.
