The house has all the mod cons and is kept to a high standard of cleanliness with regular cleaning of communal areas.

The room would suit a professional non-smoking person who likes peace, quiet and a clean and tidy place to live. The kitchen is fitted with all the mod cons including a cooker, large fridge and freezer, microwave, iron, washing machine, kettle, toaster etc. There is also a newly fitted large bathroom and shower in the house.

I have single and double rooms available but ALL ROOMS are single occupancy only.

The house is in walking distance from The University of Glamorgan and is situated just 5 minutes’ walk from Pontypridd town centre, where there are good transport links via train and bus to Cardiff, The Rhondda Valleys, Merthyr Tydfil, Caerphilly and other local towns. It takes around 20 minutes to get to the City Centre of Cardiff, by train, from Pontypridd.

The house has recently been fitted throughout with double glazing and fire escape windows. The rooms are fully furnished with a bed, wardrobes, desk and other furniture. Some of the room also have beautiful panoramic views over the valley.
