there is one bedroom available to rent in a large terraced house in "the common" are of pontypridd.. within walking distance of pontypridd town centre and bus station with good, close links to the a470. The house comprises of a living room, dining room, large kitchen, large bathroom and 3 bedrooms. one bedroom is occupied by myself and the other is a spare with the third being let to YOU! :) they are all generous rooms so the house won't feel cramped. there is an ample sized back garden that has a large shed. The house itself is on a quiet street that does not carry the main traffic. the neighbours are all quiet and there is a neghbourhood watch scheme on the street so everybody looks out for one another.
