Lovely Double Room to Rent Available June 2015

One double furnished room to rent in a lovely 3 bed end terrace in the Graig, Pontypridd.

My last housemate is moving to pastures new so the room is available again!
I am looking for a non smoking female professional or mature student to share my home.
You will only be sharing with me so there will be plenty of space!

Sorry no pets, couples, or DSS.
short term lets ok. Room also on air bnb.
Weekly rate is £90.

The house is a 7 min walk to Pontypridd train station, and trains run to Cardiff every 9 minutes or so (25 minutes travel time ). The house is close to the university in Treforest, the town centre and lots of other great amenities. The local pub is fantastic for match days and there is a beautiful mountain/country walk which starts at the end of my street. The area is generally quiet and my neighbours are great. Plenty of parking on street outside.

Facilities:
The house has a shared living and dining room and kitchen. There is a nice back patio area (great for the summer!). There is central heating, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer and broadband. The parking is on street but there is always plenty of space.
The main bathroom is downstairs and whoever rents the room will have this virtually to themselves as I have an ensuite.

About me:
I am a 35 year old (very young at heart !) professional working in Cardiff, but travel quite a bit with my job. I love travelling and keeping fit and socialising with friends.
I have lived in shared houses for the past 13 years.
