Two double rooms available in chilled out modern

I have three rooms for rent in my reasonably newly refurbished house in Porthcawl. There are two bathrooms, so lodgers can have their own to themselves. There are are two lounges, one with open fire and one looking over the garden to the rear. garden is there to be used so BBQ away. Really close to the beach so if you're into surfing like i me then you should like it. Im looking for housemates that have jobs and are friendly and chilled out. I'm a young professional, 29 (youngish) male, open minded and don't mind lodgers having people around. I would prefer not smokers. if you'd like more info just drop me a message.
