I am willing to rent a room in Treforest ASAP. The rent is only 162, 25 and the contract is until June 2015. Is a very big room with double bed, mirror on the wall, two wardrobes and dresser, lots of space.
The house is big, one big kitchen with lots of space in the fridge and freezer, nice bathroom and toilet and a back garden.
Three portuguese girls are living there right now, so girls would be prefered,
Is only 5 minutes walk to University of South Wales. And 20 minutes to Cardiff by train.
PS: Half rent during summer.
