Double Room In Treforest £240 Need Replacement

I am unfortunately unable to live in the property for the academic year of 2014-2015 therefor I really need someone to replace me in the house. It is a lovely clean house, really nice considering it's meant to be for students! There's a lovely sized living room and good sized spacious kitchen! Two lovely guys will already be living in the property.
It is a double room that rents at £240 from the landlord. The agency that set up the contract is linked to the uni and is called Glamlet.
