OPTION of either rental of entire 2 bedroom ground floor flat or one double room within the flat. I am a private landlord who regularly travels abroad. As such, would prefer to stay at flat for the few weeks a year that I am in the UK, but willing to stay elsewhere if you prefer to rent the whole flat.
