We have a lovely single room available to rent from the 26th July in a lovely recently refurbished house. Current housemates are friendly, working professionals and all get on well together while respecting each other's personal space, and we are looking for similar to fill this vacancy

The bedroom is fully furnished and recently decorated and is bright and airy. The rent is inclusive of all bills for electricity, gas, water, TV license (communal areas), broadband and council tax. The price also includes weekly cleaning of shared living space and bathrooms as well as a gardener to keep the garden looking great.

~ three fabulous shower rooms so no queues for the bathroom in the morning

Ashford station and town centre is just a 5 minute walk away with trains to London Waterloo

No students, DSS or couples, sorry!!

Please Note - the house is NO SMOKING but we don't mind smoking in the rear garden.
