B. The House and Room:

The house has been recently refurbished and has a lovely homely feel to it. It shares a large communal kitchen diner which contains all mod cons (washing machine, 2 fridge freezers, dryer, microwave etc) and 2 spacious bathrooms. The lounge has a flat screen TV, coffee table and comfy sofas good for getting together with flatmates. There is also a private and spacious rear garden with a table great for outside space.

The room comes newly refurbished to high standard and modern decor, containing double bed, massive build-in mirrored wardrobes and drawers, desk & chair.

C. Rate and Admin:

ALL bills included in the price so only pay one amount. This includes gas, electricity, water, council tax, and unlimited access to high speed broadband (wifi).

1 month deposit and a one-off £150 admin fee.

D. Housemates:

This is a professional houseshare so we can therefore only consider working professionals. We are looking for a similar and friendly housemate to fit into the house since we value a harmonious and friendly home.
