Hi there, I'm looking for a lodger for my spare double room. I'm a sociable friendly but very busy female film-maker who works from home. All the mod cons/bills are included, wifi, Sky+, WMachine, dishwasher, council tax etc. Of course you'll be responsible for your own food and any phone calls you might make if you use the landline. As I work from home, I really need someone who is out working during the day fulltime M-F. I'm looking for somebody who can get on with their own life, but of course have nites in watching the telly, sharing the cooking and having a drink if they fancy!

I have one very friendly cat. As a documentary film maker it would be great to share ideally with another woman who works in media(but of course it's not essential). This house is lovely and there's plenty of room plus I have a largish garden for those summer BBQs.

The house is really peaceful & quiet down a small side lane off Lionel Road North and right opposite Gunnersbury Park so it's great if you're trying to keep fit. I am situated in a perfect location just off the A4 or M4 for quick getaways, a short 10 min walk to South Ealing station, a 5 min walk to buses into Chiswick or beyond, and it's very walkable to Kew, GSK and only 20 mins on the Piccadilly line to Heathrow! University of West London is very close by about 10-15 mins walk.

The house is absolutely worth a view as the photos just don't do it justice! Please note - the room is not a particularly big room, and this is reflected in the rent, but it does fit a double bed, and I'm happy to put in a desk and some drawers/wardrobe rack if needed. I am relatively flexible on age BUT I am preferably looking for a NON-SMOKING FEMALE so please only apply if you are a NON-SMOKING FEMALE. Thanks so much for looking!
