Cosy double bedroom

Looking for a clean and tidy housemate!

Spacious, bright double bedroom with bills included and massive garden. (+ parking for 100£ extra/month)

We're looking for someone fun and sociable who doesn't mind interacting with the other housemates.
Bathroom and kitchen are shared and supplied with all the necessities including dishwasher, washing machine, etc
We're also looking for someone who is comfortable with pets. We have 2 cats Buddha the Asshole and Rhea the Destroyer who welcome the ocasional pet/tummy rub.
We have a cleaner coming every 2 weeks to help with the house but in-between we need to keep everything tidy and clean. This is a no shoe space - we take shoes of at the door and were pretty strict about this one haha.
Ideally looking for someone who is not WFH. Someone good at communicating and a team player. If this is you please get in touch.

A bit about us - were a young professional couple. We like to keep busy and we're very active. We're respectful and like to socialise but equally need our space.

We're looking for the right fit which means this is not a first come first served place unfortunately.
We've had a few unpleasant experiences and we want to make sure the next person that will be living with us is the right candidate. If you want to walk with shoes in the house or want to keep dishes in the sink this is NOT the place for you!
