Hi everyone! Due to being made redundant, my flatmate is currently looking to move out and they are keen to sublet their room short-term while they figure out their life!!
The room is available from 25th March - 25th April start with, with the possibility to extend, or even take over the contract altogether which is running until February 2025. For now, it would be a good fit for someone who needs to stay for a bit longer after their contract expires or while they are searching for a permanent place. Can accept short or long stays!
The room is in a 2b2b, so you will have your own full bathroom and share the kitchen and living room. The room comes with a chest of drawers (not pictured, behind the mirror), a wardrobe, a desk and chair for WFH. Can be furnished/unfurnished depending on your preference. Well equipped kitchen and spacious living room which would allow for storage if you have suitcases/boxes etc.
Rent+bills (internet, electricity, council tax, tv licence) at £250pw slightly negotiable, located in TW8 10' away from the Picadilly line, please get in touch with any questions 🥰
