A lovely Victorian terraced house in a quiet residential street. The bedroom is a good size with a double bed, fully furnished, overlooking the garden at the back of the house. Full use of a comfortable lounge, kitchen, bathroom and garden.

Bills included are council tax, water, and wifi. Electricity & gas to be shared half/half.

Central London is 30 mins by train from Brentford Station (5 min walk). Piccadilly Line is 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes on the bus. M4 is 5 minutes drive. Heathrow easily accessible. The River Thames is nearby, and a range of good pubs and restaurants. Chiswick, Ealing, Kew, Richmond all very local.

Parking is by permit, although a permit can be purchased.

(I'm very open to shorter term and Monday to Friday lets. Also willing to discuss other flexible letting arrangements.)
