Double room available for female in gay friendly flatshare.

I am a sociable, female, Black British solicitor looking to rent spare room to a female professional (postgraduate and mature students also considered). I enjoy running and keeping fit generally as well as travelling and the arts.

Flat is located on the ground floor of a modern block and has allocated parking. Nearest tubes are Burnt Oak (Northern) and Queensbury (Jubilee). Both stations are about a 10-15 minutes walk. You can be in central London and the City within 30 minutes by tube. Camden, Wembley and Brent Cross Shopping Centre are all very easy to get to via public transport.

Potential flatmate should be easy-going, considerate, and tidy.

Rent is inclusive of utilities, broadband, contents insurance, and council tax,. There are no hidden extras. I will require one month's rent in advance and a further £480 as (refundable) deposit. All lodgers will be provided with a licence agreement.
