We have a a converted 1st floor studio flat. It has a separate double bedroom, newly refurbished family bathroom and another room that can be used as lounge/kitchen. You will be provided with own fridge and microwave. There is no kitchen sink and cooker but we could arrange for a worktop electric cooker if needed. It is in a nice, clean and quiet house. It would suit a single professional (£650) or couple (£725). It is inclusive of all bills and Virgin Media fibre optic broadband is provided. No washing machine but there is a laundrette 5 minutes away open 7 days a week from 8 am to 8 pm
