I am a teacher, so is my husband, we have a 2floor flat (like a house above a shop). We have 1double room available for 6 months. We also however have an 18month old who is actually awesome, and a month old babygirl who is no trouble. We are looking for someone who works and therefore the sight of young kids wouldnt be a problem. My son is in a routine and plays all day, the baby is getting into a routine but is no trouble at all. We go out, and understand others need to get drunk too, so we dont expect silent lodgers. We are a lovin mini family that have a spare room and would love to have it filled by someone who isnt a scary mass murderer.
The room wasnt originally furnished, however I have managed to get a single bed, clothes rail, sofa and 2 bedside tables in there as it is a shortlet. A double bed has and would fit in there easily.
