Single room for gay male or straight female

Hi,

We have a single room available in a large beautiful house in the Edgware/Mill Hill area now.

The house is a 2 minute walk to the bus stop (routes 113, 186, 288) 12 minute walk or 5 minute bus to Edgware underground and bus station and 25 minute walk or 6 minute bus to Mill Hill Broadway train station. It's also 2 minuets away from a brand new Tesco and near Edgware shopping centre.

The room has a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside locker, large storage cupboard and shelves.

The house has two large sitting rooms, a dining room, recently fitted kitchen two WC’s, a new bathroom and a lovely decked garden.

Generally the house is pretty chilled out. We hangout together but we also respect each other’s space. The house is in a safe area.
