11 ft x 7ft (3.4m x 2.4m).
Has a large desk, chair, desk lamp, small mirror and bin.
The room is central heated but also has a small heater if needed.
It has a smoke detector/fire alarm on the ceiling.
TRAVEL:
Train -
Three minutes walk from Canons Park London Underground Station, Jubilee Line, Zone 5.
(Sample Jubilee Line journey times: 30 minutes to Baker Street, or 53 minutes to Canary Wharf.)
Bus -
Local Buses 79, 186 and 340 connecting to Edgware, Alperton,
Brent Cross and Harrow.
(There is no direct bus to central London, and a journey to Central London by bus would take minimum 90 minutes by two buses.)
Car -
Residents Parking Zone with Pay and Display available,
Mon-Sat 8am - 6. 30pm.
If someone wants to stay long term, then I can apply for a second resident's permit.

I am a live-in landlord who works and studies so I like a quiet lodger.
It is not a party flat.
Overnight guests are permitted only by prior consent.
I do not expect anyone to contractually commit or sign to a minimum term.
I do understand people might have to move out at short notice.
But I want someone who wants to stay for minimum six months, as this can affect my insurance policy.
I expect the room to be available for 18 months to two years.
Work references are required.
PRICE:
£400 per month, this includes all bills.
Deposit of £300 is also required, this is refundable upon leaving providing no damage or theft has occurred.
