Quiet double room in shared house in convenient location: The room is furnished, but can be worked around the tenants needs if required (as long as a reasonable duration tenancy duration is agreed). It is a lovely cosy room, and regarded as a very quiet place to relax, so ideal for office work, or studying etc.. Has a comfortable and pleasent feel. There is a shared kitchen / living / dining room area, which includes all the mod cons including PC (with Broadband access, with wireless option (x2) for the room), also bathroom/showerroom just outside room (so it's practically like an en-suite room). There is a Reasonable sized back garden and garage at the rear, and the garden is perfect for summer relaxation.
Current tenants are two professionals, with own separate rooms, and are very easy to get along with, so there is a very harmonious feel to the house. The usual references are required, as well as deposit, all included in the tenancy agreement.

Situated in an ideal location for access to the M25/M1, so all of London is easy to get to. In addition, the property is only 3mins walk from Queensbury tube station, so again ideal for anyone working within reach of Central London (Baker St only 20mins away, and now the Jubilee/Metropolitan trains are running every 3mins). Yet it's a lovely quiet location with many parks/nice walks nearby, as well as shops, with some large shopping centres and social amenities only a short distance away.
