The house is a real luxury home and suited for those who want that. The house has a south facing garden and so is the window in the bedroom, which get great sunlight all day. It is a non-smoking, vegetarian house. The room has a double bed and full set of fitted wardrobe (plenty of storage!).

The house has a great location; Zone 4, six minute walk to Queensbury tube (Jubilee Line), 15 minute walk to burnt Oak (Northern Line) &

We are 25-30 minutes to central London, 30 minutes tube ride from Kings Cross/International St Pancras & Euston Station and by car 15 minutes to the M1 junction 4.

Lots of buses to Harrow on the Hill, Stanmore, Brent Cross, etc

We are a short walk away from Kingsbury High Road.

There is a great range of restaurants, cafes, local grocers a few steps away (maybe not so great for our waistlines). Even with all this, there is still plenty of peace to sit out in the garden and enjoy the quiet.

We are a mother and daughter, we're very clean and tidy and easy going. We're looking for someone who has a similar easygoing manner but who wants to be part of a clean and considerate house. We also respect and appreciate each others privacy.

I occasionally work from home.

We are VERY clean, tidy and neat and would like to share with someone that appreciates and like to live like that as well. We would like to share with someone who tidies after themselves preferring the kitchen always clean, surfaces crumb free and the sink empty. (Sorry if that sounds over the top, but throughout better to mention this now).
