Lovely 1 bedroom flat in Edgware

I am looking for a new tenant for my 1 bedroom flat in Edgware. The flat has not long been refurbished and comes with cooker, washing machine and fridge. The flat offers wood flooring in the bedroom and hallway, carpet in the living room and a tiled kitchen and bathroom, all very good sized rooms with 2 additional storage cupboards. The flat is situated in spring wood crescent, a 15 minute walk from edgware town centre where there is a tube for Northern line and also a bus (288) which is 5 minutes to the tube or 15 mins to queens bury tube (jubilee line). I am looking for a good professional tenant or couple that can treat my flat with the love and care they would if it was their own home, I consider myself a very empathetic landlord and have a track record of dealing with any issues quickly and efficiently quarrel free.
