I am renting out my room for 3 months from October to January. Mon-Fri also considered. It is a 2-bed apartment. Bills are inclusive in this price, and there is wireless high speed internet access. Gated car parking on the premises. You'd be sharing with a professional male, who works out of London three days a week.
Its a nice unit, with small balcony overlooking a leafy canal. There is a washing machine and dishwasher in addition to the regular stuff (microwave, fridge freezer, mini fridge). The location in Enfield Island Village. It is less than a 5 minute walk to Tesco Express, local buses and Enfield Lock station is 10 minutes walk away. The overground takes 10 minutes to Tottenham Hale Underground (Victoria Line) or London Liverpool Street (15 min). It is close to the M25 if you drive.
Looking for someone clean, and respectful of the space.
