Spacious double front room, south facing so it gets the morning light, free wi-fi, TV licence, furnished and with double bed, loads of closets and mirrors, described as 'the ideal girl's room' by one of my past tenants (everyone who's ever actually viewed it has wanted to take it). Must like cats or at least be willing to feed mine Lily, a tortie dam and Daphne a black dam, as I'm away with work/visiting my family in Cambridge or Ireland a great deal of the time. I'm considering early retirement next year and will be going travelling so need someone I can trust to take care of the place for several months. Prefer a single female or a couple as 2 guys living together rapidly becomes the sitcom 'Men Behaving Badly' (my brother rents a room out to another man and honestly they live like cavemen). So £450 (all bills included) for a single girl or £550 for a MF/FF couple.
