You'll have access to this also and be able to enjoy it with us or when we are away. There's also a well equipped kitchen - as we like to "experiment". It has a washer / dryer, dishwasher, Neff oven, induction hob and hood. View almost any day, move in today or any time in early March!

A mid-sized 12 year old 3 bedroomed link detached with sizeable garden, detached garage, ample off street parking, real wood floors, and new bathroom. It is situated in a semi-gated development of recent build houses and apartments. The amenities include a loch/river walk, a very nice natural park, a mini Tesco, a dry cleaners, pharmacy, doctors surgery, and a leisure centre/gym. It's close to a BR station which directly links to London Liverpool street in 25 minutes or Victoria line in 15.

I am an easy going and friendly, reasonably tidy, slightly workaholic marketing professional who works at home a lot. My girlfriend is also professional, younger and very sociable. We currently have one lodger. And we want to rent out a second room for three months.
