Luxurious double room in spacious modern flat

Hi,

I'm Wayne. I am looking for a friendly and clean person to share my 2 double bedroom flat on Enfield Island Village. I am a pretty relaxed and easy going person and am looking for someone who i can get along with instead of just renting the room. Have a look and if it sounds good, give me a call!

I currently have a large, double room available for rent in a top floor flat in a gated block. There is free parking available for residents within gates and ample free parking outside gates for guests.

The room comes fully furnished with a king size bed, extensive wardrobe space and you will have sole private use of the adjacent large main bathroom, which has both shower and bath.

There is a large lounge & good sized kitchen along with a weekly cleaner who cleans all rooms (including yours if wanted); this is included in your monthly rent.

The lounge, which leads to the balcony, is well furnished in a modern style with a 50" Sony flat screen TV, Virgin media and also high speed Virgin broadband access. Furniture includes a three piece leather suite comprising two reclining arm chairs and one three-seat sofa. If you smoke, you can smoke on the balcony accessed through the lounge (no smoking inside).

The kitchen is bright and fully equipped with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, gas hob and oven all integrated. Good quality utensils, appliances and crockery are all provided.

Local amenities include (5 minute walk) - Tesco Express, doctor's surgery, pharmacy, library, and well-equipped gym (Muscleworks, Enfield).

o 10-15 minutes’ walk.
o 10 minutes to Tottenham Hale (Victoria Line)
o Oxford Circus in 35 minutes
o Liverpool Street in 25 minutes
• Buses - Bus stop is 3 mins walk away.
o 121 to Turnpike lane.
o 491 to Edmonton/ Waltham cross.

The security deposit is £500 along with 1st month’s rent in advance, £650 inclusive of bills. I. e. Council tax, gas & electric, cleaner, water bill, TV licence, broadband and phone. There are no additional charges once the rent has been paid. There is a contract and your deposit is placed in a safe government scheme.

If you would like a viewing please give me a call. With at least a day's notice I will generally be able to accommodate evenings from 7pm onward, or anytime at weekends. If you can't do these times, still give me a call and we can sort things out.

Please note: Couples would be welcome on a 3 month trial basis but there would be a rent adjustment for this.
