Double bedroom available with large wardrobe space

Large double bedroom with high ceiling available for rent in a quiet leafy part of Enfield. Close proximity to Bush Hill Park overground which has a connection to Seven Sisters underground station or otherwise goes straight into Liverpool Street station in 30 minutes. Good bus connections also. There is available free parking in the nearby streets. Local shops nearby and walking distance to Enfield Town.
The room is furnished and is in a terraced period property which has lots of original character. There is also a lovely garden to use.. as well as the rest of the house. It is a very warm and welcoming place!
It is my home and would hope that people would respect it.. I have rented the room out previously, mainly through word of mouth, and the biggest compliment for me is that they have felt very at home here. The longest stay was 9 and a half years! I am still very close to those who have lived here.
I’m pretty easy going and now work for the NHS. However, previously, I was in media. I’m young at heart and love to keep fit and eat healthily (most of the time 😉 ). I enjoy cooking and would welcome if you would like to join me in a meal, or two. Saying that, I do appreciate that we all need our own space. It’s a peaceful house, even with small rescue dogs. They are brilliant in the house and very chilled so it would definitely be best if you are an animal lover, who is prepared to get some unconditional love. From the dogs of course!
