Double Bedded Room to Rent in Enfield Lock

I am renting a double bedded room on the second floor of a flat situated in Enfield Lock - (overlooking the train station - the property is double glazed) It has great links to Liverpool Street Station within 22 minutes. It is a two bedroom flat with one 26 year old professional female already living in the property.

The flat is a great size with separate bathing and toilet facilities. Shared kitchen, living room and bathroom. There is currently virgin t. v. broadband and phone line. There are parking facilities which are shared by all residents of the building.

The bedroom to rent is decorated with a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe included. I am happy for flatmates to bring or buy other furniture that would make their room more homely.

I am looking for a like-minded person to share with who is clean, independent, professional, respectful, trustworthy and friendly. Ideally the person would enjoy socializing but also happy for quiet time (as there are neighbours!)I am happy for the person to be male or female and any sexual orientation is welcome.

A potential flatmate should know that I am an easy going bubbly person who enjoys both nights out and nights in in front of the tele with a bottle of wine :-). I have all the qualities I have listed in my ideal flatmate.

I am looking for a flatmate to share my home with rather than someone just renting a room.
