The room

Hi. We are looking for a lovely lady to join our household in lovely green Enfield, near Southbury and Bush Hill Park.

We have now one double room available on the ground floor with big windows. It will be perfect for a professional lady. The house will be shared with 3 other professionals: one couple and one gentleman.

The house is very cosy and very high standard, yet very well priced.. There is a good size garden and summerhouse (see the pictures), and we have BBQ's in summer quite often. This is a quiet street and very safe too. Also, we work mainly from home, so there is someone in the house most of the time.

The rent is £550 pcm and includes everything: (gas, electricity, broadband, water and council tax).

We are all entrepreneurs working on growing our businesses, and growing personally at the same time.

The house is just minutes from big shopping centres, iMax, fitness centre, park, restaurants, and 12 minutes walking from two railway stations. Also, lots of buses going into London.
