Split over 3 floors this room sits on the 1st floor shared with one other room. The landlords are a live in couple who are on the top floor, We are all focused and dedicated working professionals and would prefer a housemate to join us with the same working ethos.

The house is clean and tidy and a cleaner comes around once a fortnight to detail clean the bathrooms and kitchen. It is an eight minute walk to Bush hill park station with trains straight into Seven sisters for the Victoria line in 12 mins or straight into Liverpool street in 29 minutes. Locally there is a Sainsbury local just outside the station or a 5 min drive/15 minute walk into Enfield town for most High Street shops, restaurants and coffee shops.
