Modern Room Luxury House - Heathrow Female

Hello there :)

I have a modern, well built room with it's own Seperate entrance available in my house, as a houseshare.

The house has been renovated to a high specification and includes a designer kitchen with an Island, massage jet shower, a TV Mediawall with fireplace. Everything is fairly new.

I am looking for a kind, mature female Muslim lady to join our little family but I am very particular to the kind of person that joins us.

What I am looking for:
Someone with a professional office based job or someone who works within the NHS... But a professional job please.
Someone who is family orientated, clean, tidy and respects privacy.
Someone who will look after the room and shared parts like her own.
Someone older and maturer. I am not looking for someone very young as I had a bad experience with my previous lodger pretending she owned the place.

I am also not looking for someone who likes parties and using the kitchen as catering as I had this bad experience with my previous lodger.

Finally, the household is Muslim. We do not drink Alcohol nor eat non Halal Food. I am looking for a Muslim lady who abides by the Muslim rules.

About me:
I am a workaholic and I respect people's space. I run my own business so majority of the time I am working. I like to socialise, travel and adventure.

The property is Council tax C.
Bills are included, however on a fair use policy.

References will be done and Right to Rent needs to be proved if a foreign or EU national.

No Pets. No Couples. Not looking for any work from home please or children. It is a single room and suits as described the above. A working professional.
