As mentioned, this is a large 2 bed house (new build) and you will be sharing with me. I am 28 and work as an IT Broker. I will be out of the house during the day and away most weekends visiting friends and family etc. I am ideally looking for other professional - male, female or couples is fine, although couples will be charged more.

I am a laid back guy and only ask to keep the place tidy. I enjoy playing football, playing my guitar and going out for food and a few beers so someone with similar interest is a bonus.
